From the Desk of Doctor Paul ...
"For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord,
as the waters cover the sea." Habakkuk 2:14
Standing before a mirror that told no lies, Mary meticulously positioned a makeshift bandage around a huge tumor, which had visibly hung from the side of her neck for years. This emotionally painful task was repeated daily.
A multitude of thoughts raced through the young girl's mind, contemplating numerous occasions, during which she gave witness to the Truth. "He healed my entire being...spirit, soul and body, over two-thousand years ago. By His stripes, I stand before you, a whole person." Most of that profession took place, when her congregation was invited to share testimonies of both faith and fruition. Mary had wisely chosen to consistently stand on the Word, having done all, regardless of symptoms, criticisms or circumstances.
After one of those services, the pastor made a request. "Mary, I understand what you are trying to do here. It's in the Word. But, not all of my people know about that stuff. They're confused by your declaration of healing, particularly where there are no results. Of major concern to our deacons is this. Visitors might be turned off and refuse to return. Please wait until the manifestation occurs, before saying any more."
If that wasn't placing the cart before the horse, I don't know what. Mary's heart was ripped in two. The having always comes in the saying. Fortunately, she voted to listen, obeying that still, small Voice on the inside, not those contradictory, external expressions of unbelief.
However, her mirror seemed to portray another story, mocking the Covenant, that unfathomable price paid by the One who loves us best. Surely, He bore all! It's time for the Body of Christ to let God be true and every man, a liar. We must line up in agreement with Him and our full redemption.
"Lord, you know I'm healed. I realize that, as well. But when are you going to show those church people?" He was listening well!
Guess what transpired? Instantaneously, there was a plop. Shifting her gaze to the floor, Mary noticed a bloody ball of tissue. Then, those beautiful eyes returned to that once dreaded mirror. The tumor was no more! God had performed the Word He was watching over...for His priceless child.
Mary rushed to church that day, with a new spring in her step. Standing before those in attendance, and it wasn't to be service, as usual, a Power-packed statement was made, this time with confidence and boldness: "I want to thank Jesus for healing me!"
The place took on the atmosphere of a funeral home, total quietness. One could easily hear a pin drop. In fact, most of the people, in that building, did not even recognize the vessel giving Him glory, the lady who had weekly aggravated some with words of faith and boldness that ultimately delivered the Glory.
The pastor and people were greatly humbled. Needless to say, a lesson was well learned by all. Corrections in attitude and theology were rendered. Again, the having comes in the saying. That point was landed home, clearly!
Mary's situation so much reminds me of Jesus' words. "For Verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith."
Isn't that portion of Scripture fascinating? Three times more emphasis is placed on the "saying," than the believing.
He is, indeed, High Priest of the Christian's confession, watching over that articulated revelation, for purpose of manifestation, bringing it to pass. Does the Word not say that we will be "judged for every idle utterance," remarks that do not line up with "that which is written?" What is your profession?
Above all, remember, your confession invites the Glory...that manifest Presence of the Father. It will truly turn this world upside down and win nations, overnight!
Everything begins with a revelation. The Holy Spirit lives on the inside of every Believer to reveal and accord victory in all, pertaining to life and godliness.
Before Jesus moved, He was recipient of the blueprint, via intimacy with His Daddy, doing only the works perceived in the Throne Zone. That's precisely where our journey and victory begin, right there, in the Secret Place of the Most High, under the Shadow (Glory) of the Almighty.
That same Shadow, via the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ, eradicated disease and deformity, as Peter walked past hurting humanity, previously assaulted by Satan. Such will be the case in these marvelous days of the promised outpouring. Child of God, your presence will literally change the atmosphere and environment! It's just around the corner. People will fall to their knees, convicted by the Holy Spirit, accepting Jesus. The sick will be healed, when you enter that hospital. Imagine walking past a casket, witnessing Life (Zoe) overcoming death!
In line with this life-giving discovery, the Spirit of the Lord came unto me, saying much, regarding what the Church must do, during these crucial hours of intercession and waiting.
"Dreams and visions are the language of the Holy Spirit, a primary way I
speak to My children. Expect more of them, in these marvelous days of the
great outpouring. Fully trust what has been accorded in those private moments
with Me. Worry not about impossibility, as that word (impossibility) does not
exist, cannot remain alive in Heaven. Has it not been said, I am the God of
all flesh and the impossible? All is possible with Me! Your Father will
continue to accomplish far above, and beyond, what you are able to ask, think
or imagine. The moment one can perceive a manifestation, I will do beyond
that perception! Did Paul not relate that he would go on to dreams, visions
and revelations? The posture became both a mindset and way of life for him.
Such is to be the case with you."
"I have given you the desires or your heart (Mine) and will continue to do
so. What does that mean? Your Daddy is taking His plans and implanting them
inside the children, so they might will and do of His good pleasure. That
dream, which appears to have gone unfulfilled, is very much alive and well.
Pull your vision from the shelf of unbelief, where it was once placed in
utter despair and discouragement. The Wind of My Spirit will blow off all
dust of death, collected over the months and years, breathing new life into
the seed. Then, will fruition come forth speedily."
"I am the safe keeper of your dream! There are certain tasks you must do,
before that which is unseen becomes seen, takes on flesh and dwells among
men. Water the revelation with My Word! Do some weeding. Cultivate, via
confession. Plead the Blood, as germination and gestation promote growth,
that mysterious and irresistible burgeoning of life in secret, which is your
Dad's part of the process. Don't dig up the seed! But be confident that I am
watching over that dream to perform the work, bring it to pass. Long before
you see the fruition of My plan, a strange joy and happiness will arrive and
flow. All creation is behind the manifestation. Know that! Rejoice! Again, I
say, Rejoice!"
Beware of dream killers! They are poised to extract that seed of revelation
from your heart, robbing this world of a much needed manifestation. The enemy
of your soul...mind, intellect, will, emotions, dreams and visions, is simply
attempting to do his job. Nevertheless, each Believer is the keeper of his
own gate. Cast down vain imaginations, those high thoughts, anything that
comes against your dream. Together, we will keep it alive for the Glory!"
"I have declared that knowledge...both natural and supernatural, will
increase, as this Church Age draws to a close. While cultivating that
relationship in the Throne Room, you will increasingly gain more access to
the realm of the unseen, a prolific place of unveiling, a locale of
excitement. In fact, they'll be a burning inside to remain there. Child,
there is no reason why you cannot walk in Daddy's Presence, every moment of
each day. In fact, that is My highest will, one of the very reasons for your
existence...fellowship with Me. Oh, how I yearn to take the Believer into
that Secret Place of revelation, peace, joy and power. Some feel I am not
interested in their thoughts, emotions, what is actually going on in their
lives...so contrary to the truth. Even the hairs on your head are numbered.
That's the extent of My love and compassion. When was the last time you
counted the hairs of a cherished one? See! Even as you read this imparted
word, knowledge is increasing!"
We must be bold, just as Mary was, when delivering her healing declaration in
that unbelieving environment. Fear not, faces of clay. Salute no man along
the way.
Have you ever noticed that the Glory most often is manifested amongst those
who are fearless, when it comes to confessing the Word?
Boldness and Glory are actually twins. Smith Wigglesworth enjoyed the two in
his remarkable ministry. One day, in a London cafeteria, before the apostle
sat down to eat, he looked around, and in his powerful, booming voice,
exclaimed, "I didn't notice anyone praying over this meal and giving God
thanks!" Then he began to pray.
Everyone in that place dropped their fork and assumed a position one would
expect, in giving true thanks for their food and day. When Wigglesworth was
finished, people all over the room said, "Amen!" Smith's boldness brought
that whole dining area to a standstill, because he channeled boldness and
Glory from God. Boldness promotes the Glory!
You might being saying, "Paul, I couldn't possibly do anything like that."
Well, if led, don't disobey the unction. Your words are like sticks of
dynamite. They will move things!
Let me say this. If you're a Believer and have a Bible, nothing can
potentially, or realistically, stand in the way of speaking forth the Word
with all confidence. To learn more about the Glory-releasing boldness, read
Acts 4. In that particular chapter, supernatural boldness came upon an entire
group of Believers. It didn't occur by mere chance. Neither was it a faith
accident. Boldness struck those individuals for a specific reason, because of
a specific thing, for a specific purpose, in specific answer to prayer.
Here's the situation. Peter and John had ministered healing to the crippled
man at the gate called Beautiful. That miracle, or manifestation of Dad's
Presence (Glory), so stirred the city that the Jewish religious leaders had
taken them into custody, severely threatening their very lives, charging both
servants to never preach in the Name of Jesus, again, in Jerusalem.
The congregation didn't wait for a manifestation, as Mary's did, when that
gross mass was staring them in the face. The group commenced praising the
Lord. They had just been threatened by local authorities who sincerely meant
business. But those souls took the matter to a Higher Authority...straight to
the King of Kings and Lord of lords!
In verse 29, they asked for Glory-evoking boldness to speak the Word. They
didn't focus on the threats. In fact, there was no discussion about the
contrary circumstances. They majored on the Word. Everything spoken was
derived from what was written.
"What can I learn from that, Paul?" When there's a threat...symptom,
opposing, sense-realm contradiction, preach the Word! Where there is lack,
shout forth that revelation...dream or vision, whether it's in or out of
season! Faith-filled words dominate the law of sin and death, while
summoning His Glory to the scene, drawing that burden-removing,
yoke-destroying anointing, like a magnet!
