Compassion's Cry!
"But someone will say, 'You have faith; I have deeds.' Show me your faith
without deeds, and I will show you my faith by what I do." James 2:18
"My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but
with a demonstration of the Spirit's power, so that your faith might not rest on
men's wisdom, but on God's power." 1 Corinthians 2:4-5
"The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it." 1 Thessalonians 5:24
"Actions speak louder than words!" How often have you heard that
thought-provoking statement? Whenever I do, something deeply resonates on the inside of my
spirit. There's a certain truth to that fact, one fully supported by Heaven's
Manual.
In the beginning, God didn't simply talk about love. Neither did He drop
tracts from the sky, concerning that entity, in hopes we'd somehow get His drift
and understand Agape's full meaning. Instead, the Creator of all that is had a
better way of expressing and displaying the very contents of His heart.
In the Word, the Father clarified Love's intent by declaring, "No greater
affection has any man, than he lay down his life for another." Subsequently, He
entered the classroom for a "show and tell" display of that pronouncement, by
sending Glory's Gem...Jesus, our Role Model, the Author and Finisher of faith,
the Alpha and Omega. After His ascension, the Savior dispatched the Third
Person of the Trinity, that One Who had faithfully stood by the Savior during His
obedience unto death and glorious resurrection.
Understand this! God doesn't embrace a double standard of saying one thing
and doing another. All within the Word pertains to the Head...Jesus, as much as
to the Body...us, since the Love, Light and Life of the Vine flows through the
Branches. As He is, we have become in this world.
You weren't your own idea, but His. Furthermore, forming each human in the
womb, Heaven established a marvelous plan, or destiny, for individual lives, a
Blood-bought Covenant that would work from the most remote island to the
largest of cities. Prior to all that, Heaven spoke the universe into being, so you
and I could have a pristine place to live, hear from, and walk with the Master
Lover.
Within every promise is the ability, or Power, necessary for bringing itself
to pass. Not only did Papa create a Family, but He literally gave us His
faith...that used in accepting the Risen Christ as Lord and Savior, after which He
placed the Holy Spirit on the inside of us, for the express purpose of
empowering, instilling boldness and truth, while ongoingly providing and bearing
witness to everything pertaining to life and godliness. In accomplishing the
previously mentioned process, the Redeemer marks the Church to be present on that
special hour of unification, by adding names to the Lamb's Book of Life. Thus,
salvation is sealed.
In plain terms, the Church doesn't bring a whole lot to the table, except
yieldedness, commitment and quality decisions, from whence there's no return. The
Christian's free moral agency determines direction and outcome. Such was the
case with the first man. Jesus chose to line up with Heaven's will. That
choice is before us, as well.
All that we were born with and use in this world, originated with, and
belongs to, God. Yet, as Joint-Heirs with Christ, the Believer shares in those
riches. Sadly, many think that their attributes, talents and possessions are owned
by them. In a sense, there's some truth to that perception. But what is a
person going to take out of this planet he passes? Rarely does one witness moving
vans following a hearse. However, there are other vehicles in the procession,
most of which are carrying people who can usually attest to the decedent's
love and compassion, what that person did for them in life, how the loved one
personally impacted their souls. The Bible puts it this way..."And their works,
not possessions, do follow them." Therein are the Believer's treasures.
Even in performing those marvelous exploits, it's still God working in us,
both to will and do of His good pleasure. In a way, this is not unlike accepting
employment with a company, being guaranteed success for faithfulness, while
the boss provides tools for the task, expertise through the utilization of the
firm's best minds, and a promise that everything your hand touches will
prosper. Additionally, with God, daily promotion is a part of that picture, along
with benefits, including blessings coming upon and overtaking Personnel, an
awesome medical plan, imparting Divine health, protection, guidance, a future and
hope, goodness and mercy, to mention a few. That sounds a whole lot like
Covenant!
It's interesting. Satan uses his pawns of obedience and ultimately destroys
them. Enemies of this nation have realized that same demise. At the very least,
no peace or spiritual promotion is enjoyed. In contrast to that, God forever
lives to bless His Church. He is a Rewarder. I know beyond a doubt that the
Most High is constantly entertaining creative ways of blessing us and
manifesting His Presence above what we're able to ask or think. Imagine, the Father, Son
and Holy Spirit, along with two-thirds of the angels, a great cloud of
witnesses... those who have gone before us, backing our every move, since their
collective purpose and focus are the same...winning souls, while the Lord's will
is done on earth, exactly as it is in Heaven.
The key to Dad's perfect will resides within the language...bringing Glory to
this hurting planet through the Body...the very Spout where His blessings
flow out!
Nothing gains a person's attention faster than a cry, generated by pain. Let
an accident transpire on the highway, and people throng around the scene. Some
are simply observers, but others roll up their sleeves and, without haste,
head toward the source of pain...victims. We are to be like that in the Body of
Christ. A baby's whimper draws Heaven's attention. After all, the Almighty has
numbered our hairs. If that isn't love, I don't know what is! You and I are
to no longer fold our hands and declare natural helplessness, but get in there,
recognizing who we are and what the Commissioned have been given. Miracles
will be automatic!
The Church, until Jesus returns, must fulfill Her mandate. In these
unprecedented days of the Spirit, compassion will rule, overriding fear, pride,
traditions of men, the opinions of others, and doctrines that have mocked the Word
for decades. Bowels of compassion will force us to those made miserable by sin,
sickness, poverty and death. We won't be present to judge, but rule and reign,
restore and reconcile, display love's epitome, as true Ambassadors and
Representatives of the Sender!
With that, I sense the Holy Spirit is poised to further encourage and
instruct. Let's grant Him our full attention.
Process!
"Valued Child, I experientially know what you've been through in life, those
occasions of loneliness, shame, blame, judgment, misunderstanding, seasons
when answers seemingly weren't provided during the most difficult of times.
Attend to these words of resurrection. Your walk isn't over. Snapshots of the past
should never control the days that lie ahead. We've only just begun to live.
Has it not been written that the best has been set aside for last? Soldiers are
never sent into the same battle all at once. Reserved One, you are Heaven's
Clean Up Crew, the generation going in and possessing the land, actually
reversing captivity and taking the spoils of the adversary. In that process, before
your very eyes, creation will yield to the King of Kings. Grains of soil and
atoms will bend their knees to the original plan, that of restoring and
reconciling, since all creation awaits a manifestation of the Sons and Daughters of
God. Think it not strange when contemplating the fiery trials of your faith,
since former regions of weakness, attack and challenge will become current and
future areas of might and anointing, which is why the weak are to begin
confessing strength, not helplessness. You are to rule and reign over all. The unseen
will soon take on flesh, from the healing of that body to tangible substance
being added to your vision. Provision, an 'always having' posture, will be
automatic, while going about the Father's business. Process is My key here. Times
and seasons are necessary. An infant doesn't reach adulthood overnight. He is
dutifully fed and grows. Accidents and mistakes are permitted, as that little
one learns about his environment, the faithfulness of parents, the reality of
the One Who fashioned each cell in the womb. Patience is paramount. Growth
has invariably been the reward of the patient. You are like that before Me. Even
though this hand cannot always be seen, your Father's heart can be trusted. I
know the plan that Heaven has for you. In fact, it's above what you're able
to ask or think. Prepare for that mighty Outpouring! Those dreams and visions
will not always remain in a tomb of loneliness and stagnation. The Holy Spirit
is never late, but will move on what formerly seemed empty and void, affording
beauty for ashes. Obedience, yieldedness and intercession are placing a
demand on the Throne Room, a drawing of Heaven to earth. The fabric, separating the
two, has been rent even further. Spillage of truth, body parts, Glory's
Condensation, gifts and special surprises are heading in your direction. Boldly
declare what is revealed on the inside. Command ye Me! The process is entering a
stage of fruition and delivery!"
