2004...A Year Of Sellout And Anointing!
"So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven,
and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached every
where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following."
Mark 16:19-20
"Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day
there were added unto them about three thousand souls. And they continued
steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in
prayers. And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done
by the apostles." Acts 2:41-43
"The Lord shall cause thine enemies (sin, sickness, poverty, death...all
under the curse of the law) that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy
face (by the Glory): for they shall come out against thee one way, and flee
before thee seven ways." Deuteronomy 28:7
"Thy kingdom come. Thy will (the Glory) be done in earth, as it is in
Heaven." Matthew 5:10
"For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory
(manifestations...signs, wonders and miracles) of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea."

What price would you pay for the Glory of God? The Word emphatically tells us
that the Anointing isn't for sale. Yet, there is a cost for Heaven's
marvelous Unction, one that many aren't willing to pay. To be brutally honest about
the matter, you must totally sell out, if your walk is to have any significant
effectiveness in this world.
Jesus will always remain our role model, both in Word and deed. Calvary's
cross no longer retains the Master's physical body. It is there for us, a symbol
of self-crucifixion and obedience. We need to be on that tree. To the extent a
Christian dies to his self life and this world's trappings, the manifest
Presence of God will ultimately far exceed all expectations in every aspect of
life and godliness. No longer are we to be motivated by fear, but instead, each
utterance that proceeds from the mouth of God.
The Holy Spirit clearly spoke to my heart this week. "Paul, yield and protect
the Anointing! Nothing is more important than just that."
Those very words follow me around, twenty-four hours a day. In the process of
yielding, by which I mean being obedient to the nudgings and promptings of
the Revelator, you'll be walking in the Spirit and not entertaining the lusts of
the flesh. For the record, that's the only way of avoiding sin, since there's
no good thing in natural man; and one's heart (spirit) will always be at
enmity with the human mind.
Guarding the Anointing involves attending to that still, small Voice on the
inside, while saluting no flesh along the way. Inherent in this progression of
sanctification is total healing for spirit, soul and body. Beyond that, the
Glory is prepared to deliver every facet of Covenant. No good thing will be
withheld, as God watches over His Word to perform it.
Moments ago, while getting ready for the day, I experienced a vision of
Satan, seated across from God's Representative at the chessboard. From all
appearances, Heaven was losing the game. In the natural, there seemed no place to
move. Strategy after strategy seemingly failed. However, the Believer refused to
give up and leave the board. Suddenly, within his mind a revelation arrived,
one that afforded a gift of faith, or certain insight into the process of
winning, an impartation of fact. Plainly stated, the Lord resoundingly said, "Time's
on your side. You aren't in this alone. The end of the Book (Revelation) has
already told Our story. We win!" Instantly, there was a single Piece on that
checkered configuration that the adversary hadn't taken into account. The
Player took on the appearance of Jesus and began glowing. Indeed, it was He. With a
simple solitary move of the Christian's prospered hand, victory was secured!
It was over.
What a wonderful lead into the plan that Heaven has for 2004. New Year's Eve
is always a period of anticipation for me, a segment when the Holy Spirit
accurately lays out His intent for the upcoming year, unveiling Glory's
unstoppable intent for the next twelve months. Let me share some of that with you. It
all began with a vision of the Lord's extended hands on Florida and California.
California...Prepare For A Shaking!
"Precious Child, we have chatted before about the abundance of Dad's love,
the fact that this world was not created for sin, but the Glory. Like that
proverbial splinter being rejected by surrounding flesh, iniquity is alien to this
planet, and not part of Heaven's original creative blueprint. Consequently,
because of the demand Christ's Blood has placed on this soil, the second it
struck the ground, a convulsing is perpetually taking place, one that literally
causes a shifting of the planet's layers. Understand, I Am not the Author of
sickness, poverty, death, accidents and calamities, but have come that you might
have a more abundant life. There will be numerous quakes (physical and within
the Glory realm) in California, directly responding to an increase in the
Anointing. Fear not! Life and property will be spared, since I have carefully
placed men and women on time's chessboard ... prophets and intercessors who will
diligently perform their respective jobs, thus abating Satan's blueprint of
destruction. California, I say this to you. Prepare for a visitation of the
miraculous, as the Glory increases in all locales that lift up the Name of Jesus.
Great wisdom will be given Governmental officials in that state, as the manifest
Presence cleans and irons out spots and wrinkles. Entire
segments ... communities and people, will be invaded by the miraculous, while hearts are
supernaturally warmed and fashioned by the Agent of Change. In this move, people will
figuratively stand naked before the Throne Room, while being clothed in
Righteousness, a new comprehension of who they are in Christ, along with how they are
seen through the eyes of God. Just as I affirmed Jesus in the Jordan River at
that point of baptism, exclaiming, 'This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well
pleased!,' such will be the case with the Body of Christ. The Master hadn't
performed a single miracle, up to that point. Nevertheless, Heaven's pleasure was
in His yieldedness, identity and obedience, not performance. Papa's pleasure
with you is the same. And, for the record, the Bride will begin liking and
loving Herself, forgiving past mistakes and sins, from the Throne Room's vantage
point, a place where others in your company will also be refreshingly judged in
like fashion. California, call those things which be not as though they were,
until each becomes. Listen intently to this word. I will be known as the
Great Resurrection in your jurisdiction. Know that! I Am the God of all flesh. Is
there anything too difficult for Me? You will lead the way in that department,
since the works of Satan will no longer be able to resist the Anointing.
Prepare for literal Clouds of Glory forming in services, around towns and cities.
The media will pick up on the 'unusual.' I have been accused of idleness long
enough. God's hand will never lift from your sod!"
Florida... A Major Focal Point!
"Nothing has transpired by accident in your State. My plan for you is a Glory
to Glory process. Keep your eye on Governor Jeb Bush, as Heaven's hand is
heavily and richly upon Him for good, leadership and compassion, not unlike other
members of his family. He, too, has been placed on this earth to serve and
demonstrate Glory's greatness, as My man. Has it not been written that I raise
up and pull down leaders... kings and presidents? The enemy has done his best
in attempts to come against that family with attacks, lies and distortions.
They have well passed pop quizzes and tests. It isn't how you start the race or
run the event, but the manner in which the contest is finished. This, once
more, isn't about politics or parties, since I have a people in each camp who will
not bend their knee to evil. God's hand is upon Florida for good. I will
demonstrate mercy on whom the Father decides to extend mercy. National leadership
will resurrect from that part of the country, as I Am preparing a people who
will be known throughout the world for their love, empathy and refusal to be
swayed by the powers of darkness. Florida will be a melting pot for the world
and Body of Christ, not unlike California. She has honored and been a haven for
the Apple of Dad's Eye, those originating in Israel. Education and the economy
will be a model for what I have in store for the rest of this nation. In all
areas of life and godliness, Florida will amaze America. Supernaturally,
unprecedented manifestations of signs, wonders and miracles, encountered by the
unsuspecting, will be carried by the media. The Anointing will draw both industry
and tourists into the region, as a strange warmness envelopes those present.
Look for an incredible winning of the lost for Christ in Florida. As of
midnight, there's been a Divine shift in the Heavenlies, for the Church, Governor
Bush and that location. Heaven's Spotlight is on the Southeast. My hand will not
be lifted from there. The very atmosphere is changing. Let Me add another
