"This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set
before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you
and your children may live and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to
his voice, and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life, and he will give
you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac
and Jacob." Deuteronomy 30:19-20
"Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one
thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I
press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward
in Christ Jesus." Philippians 3:13-14
In these marvelous days of outpouring, we must fully and appreciatively
recognize God's motivating intent behind this unprecedented move. Heaven wants
nothing more than to redeem and restore that which was lost during the fall of
man, in total harmony and sync with Glory's original remedial plan, when
Jesus entered a world, steeped in sin, sickness, poverty and death.
We were in a whole heap of trouble back then. Darkness and oppression sorely
ruled. Hearts were empty and void of a definitive perception of love,
Personified. Creativity was stuck in its tracks. The population remained at the
mercy of a system that feel far short of being "good and perfect."
In answer to this plaguing scenario, Jesus came to rescue those who were
helpless, hopeless and lost, victims, ensnared in Satan's ploy of deception and
destruction, all of which originated in the Garden of Eden. Talk about a
planner! The Most High has never once been defeated by the adversary, who
unceasingly finds flies in his ointment.
From the beginning, in-between and end, our Savior remains the Author and
Finisher of Faith, the revelatory, those dreams and visions promoted and
triggered by the Holy Spirit. It is He Who complements a new and better Covenant,
based upon Blood-backed promises, propagating a "more than enough" gifting of
faith, approach and outcome, in the wake of any and all mocking obstacles,
situations and circumstances.
That said, the Church is not to worship creation, but the Creator of all
that exists! One necessitates faith; the other, fueled and propelled by anxiety
and a compulsion to control, doesn't. For certain, some of us, lacking
knowledge of our rights and privileges in the Kingdom, have yielded to a plaguing
fear mentality, comprised of not trusting or believing, holding on to what
little we possess, while hugging trees and being ruled from the outside in,
misappropriating and displacing priorities, murmuring in our respective
wilderness encounters.
The Children of Israel, choosing mind over spirit, did that, while paying a
considerable price for not believing and obeying God. Even though they have
forever been the apple of His eye, consequences were indeed severe, a penalty
of remaining in that literal and proverbial desert, when each could have
entered into a Divinely prepared venue, a land flowing with milk and honey.
God said it! I believe His Word. And that eternally settles the matter! This
faith-infused posture swiftly catapults the Beloved into an unfathomable
Supernatural Storehouse of provision, protection, preference and empowerment, an
unction translating into resounding success, "greater works than these," for
the express purpose of plundering hell and populating Heaven. Jesus didn't
fail, fall, or make a fool of Himself. Neither will we, particularly in the
eyes of this Universe's Creator, before man, or an ever-increasing great cloud
of witnesses.
Let me say this about Paul Gervais' most favored, Number One Boss! People
will ultimately let one another down, particularly those closest to them.
Nevertheless, after serving the Commander-in-Chief for well over thirty years, in
all honestly, this writer can render an irrefutable statement: He has neither
been late nor slack in meting out Glory's contents, a myriad of blessings,
above and beyond what I have been able to expect, ask, think or imagine.
The Holy Spirit likes surprises, and shows up in the darkest of places.
We've become more than friends. My fullest dependency is upon Glory's Power
Agent. Night and day, He fulfills His comprehensive job description of guiding,
encouraging, comforting and manifesting. When my back is against that wall,
He's standing with me, a friend to friends, and an enemy to enemies. Right,
wrong or in the middle, the Spirit of God has a one track mind, that of
propelling the Follower from Point A to Point B, without guilt, shame, blame or
condemnation. He doesn't scold or keep count, but strongly suggests and facilitates
repentance...mid-course corrections that swiftly morph into explosions of
overcoming victory!
This mind journeys back to a most recent Miracle Rally in Arkansas. Men,
women and children, overcome by an unparalleled Presence, horizontally lined and
filled the floor, like pieces of a puzzle. On one particular night, Heaven
selected to remove amalgam fillings, replacing them with their original
counterpart...a purely white substance, that of which teeth are made. Oil, from
out of nowhere, dripped, landed and collected on surrounding surfaces. Gold
Dust became so prolific that one lady, in particular, was adorned with hundreds
of particulars, evident in hair, on face, neck, eyelids, the recesses of
her eyes and ears. Additionally, before many present, the Fallout exponentially
increased in the midst of receptive witnesses, hungering and thirsting for
more!
The Vision:
Last weekend, while out-of-town, the Glory Cloud appeared before my mind's
eye. The revelation was progressive and pregnant with unstoppable unction and
content. As I observed this Light-infused Entity, a hand (note depiction)
broke forth and penetrated the planet's atmosphere.
God was obviously reaching out to unveil Himself in the form of gifts, and associated requisites for intimacy and forward movement of the Church. Heaven's Standby reminded me of the hand and arm's significance. More often than not, gifts and other artifacts,
expressive of love, arrive by way of that combination of anatomical members. Jesus used His (arm and hand) to heal the infirmed and resurrect the deceased, suspending the very laws of nature, whenever mankind could be benefited. Much is said in the Word about the hand, isn't it...His and ours!
Interpretation:
"Beloved, you've wondered about the tangible and palpable...that Gold Dust,
Gemstones, Oil, yes, even those much needed physical body parts. They are but
love letters and Covenant's impartation to the oppressed. 'Reach out and
touch someone!' What about, 'Lend me a hand!' Remember those popular, often used
expressions? 'And the hand of the Lord moved with them, confirming the Word
with signs following!' Surely, the written and spoken are underscored via
Glory's miraculous. Albeit, I Am about to initiate a twist in this movement.
Just as the former is true...Covenant, the Redeemer's return for His Bride draws
validation of the Supernatural, a plentitude of manifestations, destined to
precede the Rapture. Has it not been ordained that all requirements (needs)
are to be met, according to those riches in that selfsame Glory? Let Me
reiterate. Signs pursue the Word. Nonetheless, the Word...Jesus, is about to follow
His manifestations (signs and wonders), a rereward. I will appear unto your
joy! Plainly stated, the earth has been positioned for an inundation of the
Throne Room's Glory, a heaviness of God's Presence in the earth beneath, and
heavens above, before the great catching up. You have been in that proverbial
box of stuckness for far too long. Picture a constant dripping of Glory,
quite similar to the drenching of a covering or barrier. Let's consider a roof,
impacted by an unceasing rainstorm. All is well for a season. Business
proceeds, as usual, until that last, overwhelming drop causes breaks in the surface,
if not a total collapse. That is exactly how the Follower will be delivered
from his personal prison of restrictiveness, that which has kept him from the
totality of Our Contract, the comprehensiveness of Christ's all inclusionary
finished work. Trust not in oppression, a trespasser and mockery of what
lies in store for the expectant!"
Heaven is indubitably reaching out to the ends of this earth. God's arm
isn't shortened. The invisible will unceasingly break through that realm of the
unseen, as Jesus manifests to the joy of scores who have either given up or
become apathetic and complacent, while settling for the beggarly elements of
this world, a business as usual mode of torturous victimization. All of that is
about to turn around.
The brain was not designed for boredom, but for dreams and visions, big
thinking, spiritual unveilings, unbroken communication with the Father,
unexpected surprises...blessings, that which defies the recipient's ability to
naturally comprehend. Miracles and the Supernatural fall into that category.
Any good instructor incorporates a "show and tell" approach to his
presentation and explanation. Most people are visual. We learn better, more quickly
that way! Boredom...sustained tedium, is a major obstacle to this process. The
Church was never intended and established to function and thrive on
predictable forms of godliness, absent the Power, thereof. Three points and a poem
grossly fail, when it comes to making disciples of all men. Never once has that
anemic model emptied a single grave or sickbed.
The Body of Christ is swiftly heading in a new direction, best described by
these words...Glory to Glory, one level of the miraculous to another. You and
I were made to live and have our being in a Dimension that exceedingly
supercedes the pseudo-subservient. This is prophetic and real. It's purpose?
"Prepare ye the way for your God!"

God's hand clearly reached out of His Glory Cloud during this weekend's
Miracle Rally in Richmond. To her amazement, one precious lady discovered a small
gemstone, amongst the fallout, which inundated both the auditorium carpet
and those present. Healings manifested, following words of knowledge, as Throne
Room intimacy triggered a corresponding Heavenly response. Young and old
alike were overcome by His Presence. How awesome it was to see little ones,
adorning love's tangibility, from a yellow gold dental inlay, to glimmering
fragments of this Supernatural substance. The predominate theme..."How Dangerous
Is Your Shadow?" That wonderfully rich anointing was faithfully present to
heal and transform souls. Another "Open Heaven" Miracle Crusade has been slated for Maine, the following Friday, September 5th, at Waterville's Holiday Inn, for a 7:00 p.m. service. Arrive early, as seating is limited!

The Holy Spirit spoke to me, years ago, in an Orange County mausoleum, of
all places, prior to that Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) Gold
Manifestation, witnessed by millions. This is what He had to say: "Southern California has
been deemed 'Ground Zero' for this Ministry. Your journey will be
far-reaching, to the far corners of the earth. However, focus must remain on this
region...Greater Los Angeles. I have richly anointed and called you to take My
Word and Heaven's miraculous to where Glory's Light is dim and the Father's
Voice is seemingly silent."
Additionally, the Lord has entrusted this work with the hearts of many
precious souls, from prisoners to the extremely well known in the arts. Heaven
possesses unbelievable Supernatural plans for each. We must be faithful to that
call, deliver those messages, and become dutiful servants.

move with Glory's shifting Breeze, a stirring, exponentially gaining momentum
and potency from the Mercy Seat. A quick work is being accomplished for the
Kingdom!

will plunder hell and populate Heaven. Never forget, when your sole purpose
in life is practicing His Presence, all else will be taken care of!
God often grants a destiny dream that natural man immediately rejects. Only
spirit can comprehend Spirit. Nevertheless, in this downloading process, a
gift of faith arises, for the express purpose of underscoring, validating,
gestating and birthing the previously unthinkable and impossible. We are there
now. Let's move into that newness with all vigor!
I want to sincerely and gratefully thank those who have sown precious seed
into this Ministry of the Miraculous. Our outreach is fertile ground. You have
approached the Lord with a gift. Your reward will be equal to mine. In plain
terms, partnership is a committed process of locking arms. Prayers and
financial sacrifices have never gone unnoticed in God's Kingdom. Both allow me to
take the Father's Word, signs and wonders to hurting people, those whose
lives and eternal destinies depend upon this synergy. Without question, scores
are on their way to Heaven, have been healed, thereby avoiding an early grave,

conduit Glory's Electricity, a creative presentation of God's love, to the
four corners of this world. No gift is too small or big. He'll anoint every sown
seed. In the meantime, expect Heaven to invade your life with Love Letters
and a rich display of Covenant!
