"He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which
neither you nor your fathers had known, to teach you that man does not live
on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord."

"This then is how we know that we belong to the truth, and how we set our
hearts at rest in his presence whenever our hearts condemn us. For God is
greater than our hearts, and he knows everything. Dear friends, if our hearts do
not condemn us, we have confidence before God and receive from him everything
we ask, because we obey his commands and do what pleases him." 1 John 3:19-22
Without question, time is accelerating, as prophesied. Nations are like men
on a chessboard, as Heaven and hell strategically vie for positions of
strength and potential victory. Meanwhile, men, women and children observe what
appears to be a losing battle...the Game of Life. Hearts are seemingly poised to
fall and faint. Is there any hope?
Absolutely! While on a walk this week, the Holy Spirit ever so clearly spoke
to my heart: "Paul, I Am permitting humanity to reach a point where, in
spite of exponentially increasing worldly knowledge, and its associated
creativity, amassed personal wealth, people, once and for all, recognize the true
Source of guidance, provision and outcome. From this Divine Plan, natural
remedial is merely a myth, and fails to exist. Man cannot rule himself. Even
leaders and rulers remain at Heaven's mercy. During the latest Congressional
bailout, America sowed into herself...the needy and oppressed. Because of that act
of compassionate obedience, in addition to this country's stand with Israel,
the fact that Covenant was firmly established with the land's Founding
Father's, the Most High shall not alter His Word, that which He meticulously
watches over to perform. These are not 'bad days' for the Bride, but a golden
opportunity to manifest the Throne Room's imparted dominion (power) and authority
(the ability to judiciously utilize that attribute and entity). Once again,
all is on track. This is but for the Glory! Hear Me, again. This is but for
the Glory, that the works may be made visible, in and through the Family's
Sons and Daughters. Remember, victory neither arrives by might nor power, but by
the Spirit. Time has compressed. What deceptively resembles an implosion is
but the fuse, igniting an explosion of the miraculous! Know that! Outside of
Christ's Blood, utter darkness becomes the norm. Reserved for the willing and
obedient, a promotional Glory to Glory gifting lies ahead. Stand, Dutiful
Soldier! This Commander-in-Chief responds to faith, that acted upon revelatory.
No weapon formed against the Beloved can prosper. We are to birth with
words, articulations of the revealed. And the hand of the Lord moved with them,
confirming the 'spoken' with signs following. America...this is your hour to
shine, literally and figuratively!"
Look around the room. What do you see? In my space, there are books,
computer systems, well hung pictures, a water cooler, refrigerator, Clinic files,
and the list could go on and on. All of what remains discernible to the natural
eye is palpable and tangible, can be fully experienced by the senses. In
front of me is a coffee cup. I can touch and feel it.
Where and what were the origin of those items? If the truth be known, each
had its genesis by way of a thought...God's, followed by subsequent words and
actions. However, if one were to trace everything back to its Original
Source, we'd definitely be dealing with, and addressing, the unseen realm, that
Fifth Dimension. All that is seen was birthed by that which cannot be envisioned
by the natural eye.
Within each object are constantly moving atoms and molecules. That being the
case, it's fair to conclude this fact. Everything is in constant motion and
under perpetual change. In other words, nothing ever remains the same, not
even people, places or things.
We're ongoingly in the presence of shiftings and modifications, as is God.
If you were to examine an atom or molecule, varied components could be
identified and labeled. Yet, within each moving entity is space. But that void is
not without content.
The Lord once asked me this question. "Paul, what fills the emptiness of
everything that exists?" My response came by way of the Holy Spirit. "Father,
you do!" Even the Word declares that Heaven's Glory infuses, or occupies, all
things. Why would that be necessary? Well, the coffee in my cup has to stay
there, until it can be transferred and enjoyed. We have two attics in our home,
along with a large garage. Within a single year, what was once clean,
orderly and empty, is now inundated with junk...the outdated, unfixable,
undesirable and useless. If inventory and examination aren't regularly practiced,
negligence will further worsen an already existing problem. Instead, I usually am
quite diligent when it comes to throwing out those items that no longer do
anything for me. Here's an excellent and very functional rule. "When in doubt,
throw it out!"
Take away His Presence, and chaos rules the day. An absence of gravity would
facilitate the floating around of both liquid and solid, surely complicating
life and many associated comforts. The restraining Power of the Third Person
of the Trinity continues to keep the universe in relative balance, since,
without Him, there couldn't be any form of sanity and order.
Never for moment believe that Satan has been left in charge of the store. He
is the god of this world, hell's evil, attempting to interfere with the
Throne Room's Blueprint. In spite of that, the earth is the Lord's, along with
the fullness thereof, including silver and gold, the cattle on a thousand
hills. We, possessing the keys to his underworld and death, are Joint-Heirs with
Christ, present to occupy and manifest God's decisions. In that context, total
victory is guaranteed through the shed Blood of the Lamb and finished work
of our Savior. Additionally, the heathen belong to us. Well, what do we want
to do with them? Call each lost soul into the Family, in cooperation with the
Power Agent's influence and efforts.
Let's further examine God's emptiness theory. My blue cup cannot be filled,
or refilled, until it's empty. Such is the case when dealing with the heart
of man, that region comprised of the mind, will, intellect, emotions, dreams
and visions. Unless an individual and corporate yieldedness is maintained and
sustained, in cooperation with the Creator's mandate for the Bride to devoid
Herself of contrary, unnecessary, intrusive and invasive negativity, no room
can be available for the Author and Finisher of faith to introduce and birth
His will. Again, one can't fill what's already full!
What are we full of? The answer to that query is quite obvious. Humanity is
pregnant with narcissism, religion, selfishness, pride, traditions, agendas,
unforgiveness, fears, complacency, apathy and stubbornness. Most of us could
spend a majority of every day adding to that list. By permitting the Holy
Spirit to reveal truth...internal and external, adjustments and midcourse
corrections are made, thus affording space for the Lord to fill the Church with
(all things) Himself. Once that transpires, the miraculous will rule in many
forms, with love occupying thoughts and actions, further evicting Satan from his
illegal occupation.
The adversary's signs and wonders...manifestations of stealing, killing and
destroying, are prolific on this planet. That contention is graphically
supported by any newscast or open eye. Isn't it time for Heaven to make a move,
through an unveiling and activation of Covenant, conduited by infilled,
obedient and yielded Vessels of Honor?
The Almighty isn't a bully. Neither would Christ ever transform Himself into
a wife-beater. You and I are the focus of the Trinity's love and attention.
Again, conviction, articulated through a convincing or gentle instructing, as
a parent would his child, is God's manner of chastening. The Church has
already been judged and deemed the righteousness of God in Christ. As He is, She
has become in this world.
The Lord is poised to provide further insight into the greatness of your
destiny!
"Brave Soldier, does the Word not entitle you to all contained within the
Covenant? Instead of declaring who they are in Me, many in the Body are
confessing and professing from the region of senses and personal encounters. Their
days are ruled by tangibility, that experienced by way of the eye, ear, flesh
and natural mind. Consequently, hell's bully of humanity moves in, as the
master deceiver that he is, to prevent those who have been destined to rule and
reign in high places to become sidetracked, and tricked into walking by
faith's opposite, FEAR...False Evidence Appearing Real. Check that Peace Meter.
Midcourse corrections aren't an indicator of weakness, but wisdom and
meekness...continuing to operate and have your being, via restrained Power. You were
not created to walk and process alone, but I've fashioned each Cell in the
Body to be dependent and interdependent, united, yet autonomous. In these
awesome days of Outpouring, the Bride will not only come together, atom united to
atom, but will take on a new essence and mentality, one accurately reflecting
the True Image of creation's Originator. Don't be fearful of walking through
My House spiritually and soulishly naked, as transparency leads to intimacy,
and I will royally clothe you with Glory and honor, igniting the Church from
the loins up and down with the identical Fire that covered the first man.
Inherent within that Towering Inferno are protection, provision, guidance, an
always-having mentality and ability to vitally defeat the bullies of this world.
As a Laser in the well-trained hand of a Skilled Surgeon, I will Personally
motivate and activate you through the eye of faith, excising the fruits and
byproducts of sin. Natural understanding will give way to the certainty of
prophetic revelation. Never be concerned about missing the mark. Heaven's
Children are, indeed, to be led by the Spirit, Who maintains sole responsibility
for accuracy and success. The Kingdom isn't built upon mistakes, but
life-producing results, generated through a Resurrected Christ and surrendered souls.
That which doesn't feel right, isn't. Let's simplify Our walk. Come! Reasoning
together will produce much tranquility, confidence and fruit. In no way will
I be critical. Neither does the Throne use blame and shame, but love and a
solid knowing. Gifts of faith are poised to enter the womb of your spirit.
Make room! Demand, 'More!' Uncontainable Glory, an overflowing abundance, has
been dispatched for distribution. Lay aside the weights and sin-consciousness
that have robbed joy and peace for years. All is becoming new! Are you ready
for a refill?"

The Holy Spirit spoke to me, years ago, in an Orange County mausoleum, of
all places, prior to that Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) Gold
Manifestation, witnessed by millions. This is what He had to say: "Southern California has
been deemed 'Ground Zero' for this Ministry. Your journey will be
far-reaching, to the far corners of the earth. However, focus must remain on this
region...Greater Los Angeles. I have richly anointed and called you to take My
Word and Heaven's miraculous to where Glory's Light is dim and the Father's
Voice is seemingly silent."
Additionally, the Lord has entrusted this work with the hearts of many
precious souls, from prisoners to the extremely well known in the arts. Heaven
possesses unbelievable Supernatural plans for each. We must be faithful to that
call, deliver those messages, and become dutiful servants.

The Church is living in a Season of Suddenlies. She must ready Herself to
move with Glory's shifting Breeze, a stirring, exponentially gaining momentum
and potency from the Mercy Seat. A quick work is being accomplished for the
Kingdom!

will plunder hell and populate Heaven. Never forget, when your sole purpose
in life is practicing His Presence, all else will be taken care of!
God often grants a destiny dream that natural man immediately rejects. Only
spirit can comprehend Spirit. Nevertheless, in this downloading process, a
gift of faith arises, for the express purpose of underscoring, validating,
gestating and birthing the previously unthinkable and impossible. We are there
now. Let's move into that newness with all vigor!
I want to sincerely and gratefully thank those who have sown precious seed
into this Ministry of the Miraculous. Our outreach is fertile ground. You have
approached the Lord with a gift. Your reward will be equal to mine. In plain
terms, partnership is a committed process of locking arms. Prayers and
financial sacrifices have never gone unnoticed in God's Kingdom. Both allow me to
take the Father's Word, signs and wonders to hurting people, those whose
lives and eternal destinies depend upon this synergy. Without question, scores
are on their way to Heaven, have been healed, thereby avoiding an early grave,
because of Him and you. Thanks for that! Together, in total obedience, let's
conduit Glory's Electricity, a creative presentation of God's love, to the
four corners of this world. No gift is too small or big. He'll anoint every sown
seed. In the meantime, expect Heaven to invade your life with Love Letters
and a rich display of Covenant!
