In Memoriam
Oral Roberts

January 24, 1918-December 15, 2009

Years ago, I experienced a dream, involving a precious friend, Oral Roberts, who championed my call, this outreach, a stand, opening many doors for Paul Gervais to deliver Heaven's Glory on behalf of the Beloved.

In that night vision, we (Oral and I) were standing together at the entrance of a driveway, identified as mine. Suddenly, the Holy Spirit's Presence was so strong, these human bodies could no longer stand.

While lying on solid pavement, overcome by His Glory, the word of the Lord came to me, saying: "Tell Oral that his tenure as President of Oral Roberts University is coming to a close, followed by a new level of promotion, making way for this marvelous Servant of the Most High to venture throughout the nations for a second time, with more Power and effectiveness than ever before, inclusive of unprecedented miracles."

I immediately shared that revelation with Oral. The great evangelist readily agreed with the content. He ultimately turned the Presidency over to Son Richard, and reinstated the rallies.

Oral is in Heaven. He lived in Newport Beach, not far from my LA home. Now, he resides in a new venue, one in which has brought him closer to the Lord, and me, than ever before. After all, we reside, move and have our being there. Few of God's Generals remain. We must be ready for the new, those descending mantles!

Attached is a subsequent note, received back then, corroborating Heaven's message for Oral's hour:

Melodyland... Anaheim, California, was the location of progressive encounter with the Commander-in-Chief. His visits are always so encouraging and refreshing, as He underscores the reality of our Master's promise to stick closer than a brother.

Having arisen from a wonderful night's sleep at my Los Angeles home, Heaven afforded specific instructions: "I want you succinctly and diligently walking with Me, today! "There's a service at Ralph Wilkerson's church. Be there!" Those instructions unfolded, following several hours of intense intercession, in a place, typifying the epitome of disease and death, namely a mausoleum. The common theme throughout this entire movement, both natural and Supernatural, was..."Be My obedient Soldier!"

Upon entering the facility, Heaven had arranged a surprise for this writer. The guest speaker was Oral Roberts. What a serendipitous reunion! His theme underscored the significance of being God's Soldier, instant in and out of season, prepared to perform assignments that would consequently light Glory's fuse for a proliferation of the miraculous!

Following the service, a short walk was enjoyed down Katella. Rapidly striding through masses of people, some of whom were there for a Disneyland encounter, the Lord had other plans for His envoy.

Moments later, a young man approached me from the left, with an interesting question..."You're one of those Soldiers for Jesus! I can tell."

My retort was immediate, "You bet!" With pace unbroken, this head immediately turned, looking for the source of those familiar words. He was no longer to be seen! Was that figure an angel or confirmer of what the Father had already imparted? There is no doubt in this heart. I had seen an angel, one of Glory's ministering spirits. This life will never be the same, as a result of that unanticipated exchange!

I walked away from all of that with this conclusion: If we yearn to accurately comprehend the Lord's leading and outcome, it is imperative to become more acquainted with His ways than the world's. Time and attention must be focused on Him and His Word.

Jesus operated that way, didn't He? The Savior arose early in the morning, before daylight, to intimately connect with the Father and receive orders for that particular segment of time. His connection to the Throne Room was neither interrupted not severed. The Master communicated with God, while modeling behavioral positions and responses for the Church.

He made spending time in the Throne Zone His number one priority. That is precisely how Jesus unquestionably knew what the Father wanted Him to do, how to please the First Person of the Trinity.

The Master's disciples observed their Model's lifestyle, well knowing that the Power exhibited in His ministry was directly linked to those periods He spent fellowshipping and interceding. That's why they made an astute request of Him, "Lord, teach us to pray, that we might enjoy the same results in our walk." Luke 11:1

As a Soldier for the Kingdom, instructions were not always easy. In the Garden of Gethsemane, He perspired blood, crying forth, "O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me. Nevertheless, not as I will, but as thou wilt." Matthew 26:39

Are you in a type of Gethsemane, right now? Instructions may be completely going against your flesh. He may be saying, "Send Natalie that letter or package." Your response, "I don't want to do it. That suggestion makes no sense to this mind. Besides, the leading seems so insignificant."

In God's eyes, everything has importance, particularly when it comes to reaching the lost, eradicating sin, sickness, poverty and death. We are often called to be gap-standers. An intercessory act may be in order (a sown seed), with no personal expectations or agendas. He has a pathway of discovery and recovery for each soul! Our obedience is a requisite for parting those proverbial seas.

The world perceives it is more thrilling to sin, than obey God. But, the Master proved otherwise, by living the most exciting life imaginable. The libraries of nations could not possibly contain His works, those tremendous miracles, all fashioned to benefit humanity!

Some feel that being led of the Spirit, becoming a Soldier, will lead to a life of boredom. Nothing could be more untruthful. Obeying that still, small Voice won't cheat you out of Heaven's best. To the contrary, a willingness to follow God's every command results in unimaginable exploits, blessings and excitement.

How do I reach that level of obedience? Here is the answer...one day at a time, by following His directions, moment by moment, going about your life, doing what pleases Him.

Those instructions are usually provided through the written Word, by the inward witness, the Voice of His Spirit, and occasionally, external confirmations. After all, God spoke to a prophet through a donkey! Unless one journeys into the Book and hangs out with Him for fellowship in the Throne Room, there will be a deficit in the hearing and action department.

Even Jesus, Who was more sensitive to the Father's heart and utterances than any man had ever been, studied the written Word. In fact, He was so skilled, that at the age of twelve, the Jewish instructors in the Temple "were astonished at His understanding and interpretation." (Luke 2:47)

Believing the Word makes following that inner witness much easier. The Book retrains your mind to think as God does, enhancing recognition of Heavenly heartbeats. Again, walking in obedience invariably results in promotion, a transformation into His image, from "Glory to Glory," by the Spirit. Perhaps, the Father has been speaking to you about other adjustments, mid-course corrections.

The Anointing Unceasingly Speaks!

"I have created My Family for greatness. Fear has no place in the Church, only faith, its polar opposite. Recognize, this is the day that the Lord has made, a time when you are to rejoice, experience victory after victory. Precious One, your job is so simple, effective, exciting and profoundly rewarding. All your God has in mind for each Believer is a manifestation of Himself...in spirit, soul and body, all pertaining to life and godliness. As I Am, you have become in this world, a conduit of Heaven's best. No man goes to war at his own expense. Understand, as those nudgings and promptings are obeyed...a yielding to that still, small Voice on the inside, while gestating and cultivating a Throne Room vision, which speaks, night and day, day and night, there is a mighty army behind all that you say and do. Among that company are the Father, Son, Holy Spirit and angelic forces, who hearken unto the Voice of the Word...that of the Soldier, as well as all creation, which awaits a manifestation of the Sons and Daughters of God. Fear not! For the way has been cleared. I have gone before you to remove all remnants of satanic land mines. However, lean not unto human understanding. If an improper turn is initiated to the left or right, there will be precise guidance from within, since the spirit of man is the candle of the Lord, the place in which Glory's will is made known. Don't be concerned about mistakes. The Throne's words will be clear. There are no giants in the place where the Soldier is led, only people and circumstances that will yield to that rich Anointing within. Satan can only utilize fiery darts (temptations) that are common unto man. Nevertheless, your weaponry is not carnal (common to man), but mighty, powerful, through God, to the pulling down of strongholds. Go forth, Favored Child. Reverse the captivity of this world, that curse. Fulfill the Creator's desires for all. Have I not boldly declared that the earth belongs to Me, along with the fullness, thereof? What is it full of? The answer to that is obvious...victims of the enemy's sick mind. Well, it's time to potty train him, teach that boy to use the box! Additionally, this planet is filled with silver and gold, the cattle on a thousand hills. All that belongs to the Church has been reserved for Her, to work the works in these marvelous days of the Spirit. Here is another often overlooked truth from the Book. Ask of Me, and I shall give My Bride the heathen for Her inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for your possession (Psalm 2:8), since both are Ours. What will the Body do with them? Call everyone into the Kingdom. Get each saved. It's high time for the Great Commission to be fully preached and taken seriously. Soldier, salute no man along the way. There aren't any real giants where I send you, only skeletons of previously defeated foes. March forward with confidence and high praise on those lips. Preach the Gospel. Heal the sick. Deliver all oppressed. Raise the dead! Freely, you have received. Dispense without reservation!"

Don't Sweat The Small Stuff!

"Within the spirit of each yielded Child is a vision, a dream, along with an unction from the Holy One. The earth, created by Me for you, is in sync and symphony with that revelation, and to this day travails, as if giving birth. As you proceed forward, in fulfillment of destiny, this very planet will purr and quake, figuratively and literally, under those precious feet, carrying the Good News to the four corners of the globe. I have not created your environment for sin, but Grace. Death is foreign and hated. Neither were you made to live in a setting of intense stress and anxiety. Don't sweat the small stuff. Everything is small stuff! Beloved, get ready to operate from a different realm, that of Word, Power and manifestation, far from all oppression. You will soon enter a new plateau. Knowledge continues to exponentially increase in these final days, an unveiling of who the Children are in Me, along with a discovery of Satan's absolute defeat, the fact that he is trespassing on Holy Ground. Be ready to remove shoes, as your precious feet change the very atmosphere of the environment. Were they not once anointed by precious perfume? Life is about to swallow up death!"

Majesty And Creative Miracles!

"Just as Moses' face shone, as he descended from the Mount, such will be the case with you. The Children of Israel were amazed at that manifestation, could not stand in the midst of My Presence. Heaven's Essence will be discerned and witnessed upon the Bride, as a direct result of those intimate heart to heart sessions in that Secret Place. Some have mocked the gold, recently appearing on the faces of many who have drawn nigh unto Me. Regardless, this is only the beginning. The earth is poised for a flood tide of Life, the likes of which no man has previously witnessed. Much will glow, including you. As the Believer follows the Cloud, that Cloud (Glory) will follow the Believer, with lightnings...open displays of Majesty and creative miracles. The world will know that you have been with Me! Beloved, when marching orders are heard, obeyed, and the Word is preached, signs and wonders will attain unparalleled levels, in the Name of My Holy Child, Jesus!"

The Holy Spirit spoke to me, years ago, in an Orange County mausoleum, of all places, prior to that Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) Gold Manifestation, witnessed by millions. Additionally, the Lord has entrusted this work with the hearts of many precious souls, from prisoners to the extremely well known in the arts. Heaven possesses unbelievable Supernatural plans for each. We must be faithful to that call, deliver those messages, and become dutiful servants.

God often grants a destiny dream that natural man immediately rejects. Only spirit can comprehend Spirit. Nevertheless, in this downloading process, a gift of faith arises, for the express purpose of underscoring, validating, gestating and birthing the previously unthinkable and impossible. We are there now. Let's move into that newness with all vigor!

I want to sincerely and gratefully thank those who have sown precious seed into this Ministry of the Miraculous. Our outreach is fertile ground. You have approached the Lord with a gift. Your reward will be equal to mine. In plain terms, partnership is a committed process of locking arms. Prayers and financial sacrifices have never gone unnoticed in God's Kingdom. Both allow me to take the Father's Word, signs and wonders to hurting people, those whose lives and eternal destinies depend upon this synergy.
