Never has there been such a moment in history when God has been more eager to initiate a prolific release from Heaven's Treasury. We are living under an Open Heaven, a progressive season of Divine Invasion, literally translating into a cascading of Glory's contents, inclusive of unparalleled revelatory, healings, physical body parts, emotional/spiritual realignments, reserved for this Latter Day Army. In my spirit, I clearly envision Miracle Rallies of unusual manifestations, from mass healings and creative miracles, a forming and spillage of silver, gold, oil and precious gems, all shadows and types of previous expressions, Glory's reflective atmosphere and intent. It's time to venture forth with this prophetic pronouncement and display, the mightiest to date! Signs depict a Sender, One securing the greatest miracle of all...salvation of spirit, soul and body. I need you to take a moment, still that heart, and seek His face in partnering with this anointing. Of utmost importance is the following: Visit the "Donate" icon on this site. During our last crusade, scores observed innumerable visitations, a tangible Cloud, moving and resting throughout the auditorium, the Lord's prelude to a torrential floodtide. Nevertheless, current and new supporters are required for this strategic endeavor. Let's accomplish this together. The inner-power to comprehend God's affection removes all obstacles and restraints from destiny's call and manifestation...the above and beyond style of life, where one lives from the inside out. A Gift of Faith invariably accompanies the revelatory. You are not defined by this world, but by the Word, Covenant's Plumbline. Living out of one's heart removes every limitation.
We were never fashioned for the beggarly elements of this world, but are to have our being from a realm above and beyond natural senses. Dreams and visions have become humanity's highest language, a venue where full sufficiency is enjoyed through an increase, triggered by calling those things which be not as though they were, sowing, thereby unleashing the good and perfect!
Another interesting point should be pondered. Between an open and closed door is frequently a corridor, Glory's Waiting Room of promise and provision. A person's sensory cannot hold a candle to the revelatory emanating from the heart. Oneness, enjoyed in His Presence, involves a molecular infusion of God's DNA. His attention, attributes, intent and results. We were fashioned outside of that proverbial box for such.
You're not alone, and neither am I. Heaven has accorded angels charge over the Beloved. We are kept in all of our ways. The One Who overcame this world takes care of every detail. Once more, the Church cultivates identity and increase from a dimension, far superceding intellect and natural blueprints.
The seen gained origin from the unseen. Therefore, that which remains indiscernible to the senses offers more validity than the tangible and palpable. Consequently, we're been called to live, move and have our being from the inside out. Spiritual laws control natural responses. All creation is poised to bless and serve humanity! True reality remains, rules and reigns within that sphere!
Nothing in the world is more thrilling to me than perceiving and experiencing Heaven literally touching earth. During our Miracle Rallies, every time an individual accepts Christ as Lord and Savior, as each sign, wonder and miracle unfolds, this heart realizes and appreciates the tangibility of the Father's Presence. There's an awesomeness associated with His every move, as God resoundingly exclaims, "I Am alive, well and real!"
It has taken approximately two-thousand years for the world to become desensitized through hell's process of deceit concerning God's love, commitment and reality, the fact that He actually exists for us. We are His reason for being. Yet, through attacks of the enemy and traditions of men, many, even in the Body of Christ, lack understanding, appreciation and knowledge of Who He really is, what the Most High wants to accomplish in our lives and ministries. That being the case, how can any Christian walk and act within his or her rights and privileges in Him? Consequently, there can be no materialization of Glory's intent. At the other end of this false and dangerous mindset are souls that might never come to Jesus, people who will continue merely existing, without a heart knowledge of Christ's finished work.
In the services, scores are touched by the Great Lover. God's myriad of manifestations frequently astounds me. Standing before spiritually hungry men, women and children, there's an acute sense of personal helplessness...a marvelous place to be, actually, since in our weakness is His strength made perfect. Oh, how Paul Gervais realizes his limitations and personal challenges, while ministering to those hungering for Heaven's Best!
Nevertheless, I've learned that it's not about me, but Him. Feelings don't count at all. In that arena, the sense realm can be a viable enemy, since we are depending upon, and drawing from the unseen, calling those things which be not as though they were, until each becomes. I must lay aside every contrary thought and obstacle, while posturing myself as a Servant and Conduit of the plan, a Yielded Channel through whom God delivers the mail, those love letters and parcels of Glory, stylized for the hearts of those in attendance and anticipation.
Isn't it wonderful to know that He has a customized plan (blueprint) for all people on this planet? Christ didn't enter our atmosphere and pay the ultimate price for a few or the majority, but everyone! It's not His will for one to perish in spirit, soul or body.
Everlasting life, on earth and in Heaven, is His utmost priority. I am convinced beyond any doubt that as we, the Church, surrender all and focus on the Throne, there will be a prolific release of knowledge, understanding and unprecedented, faith-working compassion. With revelation comes Power, an ability to reach the previously unreachable, and enter the darkest of places with the greatest of Light. That, too, will descend as one of the many "good and perfect" gifts, awaiting entrance through that rent veil.
Jesus was drawn to this earth by sin and pain. Nothing attracts the Glory more expediently than a wounded cry for help. He hears when we don't speak. God witnesses the tears that others can't or won't see. Going into detailed explanations isn't necessary with Him, because Heaven is remedy-oriented, will even suspend the very laws of nature when necessary, in order to benefit mankind. He's done that before and will do it again.
Reflect upon this! All creation awaits a manifestation of the Sons and Daughters of God. So, why wouldn't the elements obey His Voice through Glory's Ambassadors? The earth and the fullness thereof belong to Him and us, as Joint-Heirs with Christ.
What is this world full of? Unbelievers, sickness, poverty, death and incredible oppression. We possess a responsibility for these people, just as the Master did in the days of His vital ministry. Recognizing and embracing the finished work of Christ sets the enemy and his works to flight.
Freedom has always been a major facet of the Lord's will for man. There can be no fruitful resistance of that Law of the Spirit of Life, flowing and glowing through the ministry of God's faithful Soldier. We are not entering a battle and conflict that hasn't already been won. Our job is to simply go in, take the land, and clean up, thus facilitating the Great Commission, as words (revelations) become acts, which subsequently translate into facts that glorify the Sender. The Almighty's Ambassador speaks forth the oracles of God. Covenant delivers provision and remedy.
In the natural, no good parent ignores the cries of a child. Would the Daddy of daddies, instilling in us His nature, heart and attributes, be any different? Does God march to the beat of a different drummer? Is He not our Role Model? Did Jesus misrepresent Heaven's Word and will?
The answer to those all important questions is clear. Christ accorded the Church Her first orientation, after which He commissioned us to go into all the world, for the express purpose of performing even "greater works than these." Know this! The Lord will never ask His Ambassadors to do what He, Himself, hasn't already done in and through the Son. Neither would it be sensible for the Commander-in-Chief to reveal what He didn't plan to perform for the Family.
A unique transformation takes place when we enter His gates with praise and thanksgiving, for He is an infilling God. Saw a board, and He's there. Break a rock, and discover His Glory. Where can we go to escape that Resurrection Power? Again, the Creator fills all that is. As the Believer speaks, atoms and molecules react to the Voice of the Word. Not only is Jesus more than enough, but He's shouting forth..."Enough!" No longer are we to sit idly by, while the adversary seemingly gains ascendency. The day of the Church calling the shots and manifesting the miraculous is here. Be fooled no longer. Take up residency in the Secret Place. Worry not over personal needs, since yours are His. Provision is the Lord's middle name!
I discern the Holy Spirit's desire to relay another Love Letter from the Other Side. Let's give Him complete attention, as He fulfills His job description.
"Anointed Soldier, you can trust all revelations from the Holy One. I Am calling you back to those former days and years when Heaven invaded your innermost being, imparting excitement, enthusiasm, My will and Word, relative to life, godliness and ministry. Some, being tricked out of walking in Covenant, were sidetracked by the cares of this world and deceitfulness of influence. Shortly thereafter, a holy dissatisfaction, discontentment and uneasiness ensued. At that point, revelation, wisdom and love were often sought in all the wrong places. Discouragement, anxiety, apathy, complacency and depression were also experienced through this resistance. Hear Me well! The Baby isn't dead, but alive. From this point forward, I will cause a stirring within the womb...your heart, that spirit man, a renewed hope and invigoration that will continue to gain momentum, until a birthing is manifested. Every person on this planet is being challenged to enter into My greatness and best. The Church, in particular, comprised of millions, has encountered an ever-increasing commission and mandate to depart from their respective comfort zones for a higher level of promotion, one that more accurately depicts and vitally portrays the heart of an active, loving, mountain-moving Father. Vindication, restoration and reconciliation are in the Wind of My Spirit. No longer will Heaven stand idly by as hell has its way with a people and planet that have been legally redeemed by the Blood of the Lamb. Know this well. I cannot do anything without first relating Heaven's scheme to Glory's servants, the prophets, for the express purpose of articulation and manifestation. Our theme will be...'We came, saw and conquered!' Prepare to be moved in a new way. The washing of the Word results in a remarkably different mindset, one of no longer remembering sins and negativity of old, but a newness of all things! Sincerely, you retain the thoughts of Christ. Would His mind, which hasn't changed since the beginning of time, not yearn to perform, just as He did in those previous days of unveiling? The Christian possesses an inherent desire to work the works, fulfill and complete a Covenant, which will plunder hell and populate Heaven, while ironing out wrinkles and eradicating spots. Every cell is full of My Presence. Move into that land of rich and plenty, as a Servant and Soldier. Just as sin departs in a Glory to Glory progression, such will be the case with symptoms and circumstances. A knowing and boldness have arrived and are now yours. Let's do it!"

The Holy Spirit spoke to me, years ago, in an Orange County mausoleum, of all places, prior to that Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) Gold Manifestation, witnessed by millions. This is what He had to say: "Southern California has been deemed 'Ground Zero' for this Ministry. Your journey will be far-reaching, to the far corners of the earth. However, focus must remain on this region...Greater Los Angeles. I have richly anointed and called you to take My Word and Heaven's miraculous to where Glory's Light is dim and the Father's Voice is seemingly silent."
Additionally, the Lord has entrusted this work with the hearts of many precious souls, from prisoners to the extremely well known in the arts. Heaven possesses unbelievable Supernatural plans for each. We must be faithful to that call, deliver those messages, and become dutiful servants.

God often grants a destiny dream that natural man immediately rejects. Only spirit can comprehend Spirit. Nevertheless, in this downloading process, a gift of faith arises, for the express purpose of underscoring, validating, gestating and birthing the previously unthinkable and impossible. We are there now. Let's move into that newness with all vigor!
I want to sincerely and gratefully thank those who have sown precious seed into this Ministry of the Miraculous. Our outreach is fertile ground. You have approached the Lord with a gift. Your reward will be equal to mine. In plain terms, partnership is a committed process of locking arms. Prayers and financial sacrifices have never gone unnoticed in God's Kingdom. Both allow me to take the Father's Word, signs and wonders to hurting people, those whose lives and eternal destinies depend upon this synergy.
