"But now that you know God...or rather are known by God, how is it that you are turning back to those weak and miserable principles? Do you wish to be enslaved by them all over again?" Galatians 4:9

This world is on the brink of the greatest outpouring from Heaven ever witnessed by humanity. In fact, all creation awaits a manifestation of God's Sons and Daughters, the Beloved, His Church. A great crowd of heavenly observers has gathered to enjoy what has been prophesied to invade this planet, from the birth of its very foundation.

The earth's the Lord's, inclusive of the fullness thereof, the cattle on a thousand hills, the silver and gold therein. Of equal importance is this fact: You and I have become Joint-Heirs of all that is, in and with Christ!

Salvation is all inclusive. We are not to strain in acquiring the Covenant's varied facets and benefits...Power, favor, protection, promotion, healing, health, provision, goodness and mercy, blessings coming upon and overtaking the Bride, a new locale where Christians are the head, and no longer the tail.

Contemplate those marvelous days of Jesus' active ministry. He was, and is, the Word made flesh. People looked upon and followed Him. As they did, the Father was tangibly and palpably glorified though the Son's works...signs, wonders and miracles. Keeping a single eye on Him translated into a Supernatural outpouring!

How does a person maintain connectiveness with the Savior? Are you ready for that answer? It's a liberating one! By reading and meditating upon the Word. I'm talking about an Entity that promotes a dilation of your Spiritual womb. Think of this process, that which is written acts as an infusion of Heaven's Patocin, thus inducing labor and facilitating an awesome exchange of Power and Glory.

Ultimately, a birthing of dreams, visions and other impartations ensue. Out with the old...those lies, distortions and associated toxins, and in with the new, God's revelatory. As the Word is embraced, the Throne Room's Voice becomes pristinely clear and convincing, resulting in absolute certainty, gifts of faith, and subsequent displays of the previously unseen and impossible. That very progression unfolds from Genesis to Revelation. Begin ingesting that Word, anywhere in the Book. Confirmations and quickenings will freely flow.

Most of us have heard about the River of Life, a previously outpouring in Lakeland, Florida. God has resoundingly spoken through that work. This is what He said to my heart, about that particular move: "The Lakeland Rivival will shortly become atmospheric and widespread, contagious maintary, with a huge emphasis on healing the sick, making crooked places straight, perfecting that which is of concern, from surgical and accidental scars to metastatic cancer. Have I not promised to iron out all spots and wrinkles? Secondly, I Am not seeking ability, but availability, Vessels through whom the Life of Heaven can permeate every atom and molecule. Why shouldn't all be healed, those 'whosoever will' people, since salvation to the uttermost encompasses everything pertaining to life and godliness? Healing the sick is no different from forgiving sins, or raising the dead. An elevated mindset of faith and expectancy are fruits from the proliferation of these healings, a place where men, women and children have no more doubt about healing than the redemption of their souls. Glory's Church has been living far beneath Her rights and privileges for far too long. That day of promise is poised for the history books. Remember, the lesser remains included in the greater. Forgiveness and healing are attached at the Jesus!"

Eight years ago, while in Florida, the Holy Spirit declared His currently materializing blueprint for that locale, and beyond. Let's examine its composition, noted eighteen years ago, which also previously appeared on the Elijah List:

November 17, 2000

There is something special about Florida. While contemplating God's plan in my hotel room here, the atmosphere seems pregnant with an expectancy that can only come from above. In the next few days, Heaven will vitally touch earth in this place. We must not be fearful of hearing and obeying the Lord's command. Out of His heart will proceed the unpredictable and previously impossible. The Glory Cloud is moving. Having placed hand to plow, one can never look back, since the past holds no future. All is becoming new!

"Milton S. Hershey...Dreamer-Builder" were the words affixed to a wall at Founder's Hall in Hershey, Pennsylvania. For some reason, they really impacted my heart. Contemplating the endeavors and subsequent success of that man who had a praying mother, fully dedicated to her Lord, I became convinced, years ago, that we, too, could hear the same Voice that directs scores to supernatural victory and prosperity in all departments. God is no respecter of persons, but loves His Children equally, remaining fully dedicated to make us shine with the Glory. Covenant-mindedness is paramount, however, if we are to enjoy all He has in store for the Bride.

There is no doubt. For each yielded life, God's best ultimately ensues. All begins with a word from the Throne Room, just as at the beginning of creation. Desires always lead to destiny, since the Father works in us both to will and do of His good pleasure. Dreams and visions have always been Heaven's language. Both (dreams and visions) are inherent within the soul (mind, intellect, will, emotions, dreams and visions) of each Child. The soul's enemy is limited to attacking one's thought life, in hopes of persuading recipients to buy into his lies and utilize the creative power of the tongue to promote negativity, as well as birth hell's plan. And to think, we are in a favored position over our former counterparts in the Old Testament, since there is no longer an external orientation when dealing with or hearing from God. Heaven doesn't have to speak to us from without, since the Holy Spirit richly resides on the inside to impart exact wisdom, knowledge, understanding and truth.

Also, the Christian's new and better Covenant, based upon greater promises, guarantees effectiveness, success and victory. Everything within reach of that hand must prosper, be it a fevered brow, deceased body, finances, ministries or demon oppressed lives. Salvation to the uttermost is what we posses in Him, including healing, health, prosperity, favor, Divine protection against natural and supernatural circumstances, an "always having" position of resounding victory.

The Church has lived way beneath Her Blood-bought rights and privileges for far too long. Let's go on to dreams, visions, revelations and exact knowledge. Why not? You and I have the very Mind of Christ!

It's time to trust that wonderful excitement you've experienced before, while permitting the Wind of His Spirit to blow off dust of discouragement, despair and unbelief that have built up and collected over the years. Regardless of previous attacks meant to dissuade us from Glory's highest, the Bride must stand, resist the devil and move forward with the Cloud, which will never maintain stillness. That's right! So much will be transpiring in upcoming days. Prepare to be beside yourself with the miraculous. Trust not in oppression, since you are to be far from it in the Glory!

"Beloved, even though there is tremendous warfare going on in the Heavenlies, the gates of hell cannot prevail, even remotely. Like a flood, the Spirit continues raising up a standard in these vital days. As a result of the Adversary's negativity, eyes have been blinded, a desensitization process not unlike boiling the proverbial frog in slowly warmed water. Flesh and blood have been wrestling, a virtual waste of time. An apathetic atmosphere exists in various locations. Regardless, have I not promised never to be hindered again? Where sin abounds, Grace much more gains ascendency. Hear these words: Salute no man along the way, including the media, polls and opinions of others. Neither permit fear to dominate. For My promises are certain. Everything is under control. A special contingency of warring angels has been dispatched from the Throne to deal with matters contrary to the plan. Much hangs in the balance. So, I have chosen to inundate planet earth with a Floodtide of Glory. In addition, ministries of revelation and Power are being raised as gapstanders, calling those things which be not as though they were, until each becomes. With the natural eye, the battle appears to be against flesh and blood. However, it goes far beyond what can be perceived by the senses. This warfare is over souls! I am shaking and awakening a sleeping nation that will arise as a Giant for the Kingdom. During the crucifixion, gross darkness fell across the land. Then the third day dawned! Light and Life, yes...Resurrection, came out of that tomb. What was the enemy's consequence? That boy shot himself in both feet...eternally sealing his fate. He always overplays his hand. Simply walk in love, knowing your full identity in Christ, that you are on this planet for such a time as this. There are no problems from My vantage point, only solutions. The Blood covers all dilemmas, inclusive of the Church, as well. All initiated at the General's command will prosper. Cheer up! We win!"

Captivity Reversed!

"Aside from the Word, never has there been such a pristine document as the Constitution of the United States. Understand, it is Unctioned and protected by the Glory. As with the Ark of the Covenant, no man will be able to touch Heaven's mandate without encountering Me, the Author and Finisher of Faith...revealed truth. We are dealing with a two-edged sword here, one that grants Life to the sinner and death in regions that are contrary. There is an attempt to modify and nullify what I established when I moved upon the Founding Fathers of this land. Neither can work. As they affixed their signatures to paper, the very gates of hell trembled, since its contents took on the Life and intent of its Creator...love, freedom, protection, provision. Fear not! I have a People, yes...even a Remnant, who will not bend their knees to other gods. Tongues, burdened to birth God's dream, are a flaming fire throughout this nation, particularly Florida, overcoming evil with good...first in the unseen realm, then the seen. Soldiers of victory have also been called to duty. They, too, have received instructions to obliterate darkness. Florida, the eyes of this world are upon you. Nevertheless, the present is nothing compared to what I am about to accomplish in your midst...calling, restoring, invigorating ministries of Power and revelation. The Cloud is forming. You have previously been limited to a foretaste. Prepare for the entire meal! Scores of souls hang in the balance. The net is poised to be cast on the other side of Our boat, where the big fish reside. take no thought. Captivity must be reversed! I Am the Lord of all flesh. Is there anything too difficult for me? We will never be stopped in this Glory to Glory progression!"

The Holy Spirit spoke to me, years ago, in an Orange County mausoleum, of all places, prior to that Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) Gold Manifestation, witnessed by millions. Additionally, the Lord has entrusted this work with the hearts of many precious souls, from prisoners to the extremely well known in the arts. Heaven possesses unbelievable Supernatural plans for each. We must be faithful to that call, deliver those messages, and become dutiful servants.

Nevertheless, in this downloading process, a gift of faith arises, for the express purpose of underscoring, validating, gestating and birthing the previously unthinkable and impossible. We are there now. Let's move into that newness with all vigor!

I want to sincerely and gratefully thank those who have sown precious seed into this Ministry of the Miraculous. Our outreach is fertile ground. You have approached the Lord with a gift.
